Momiji Bazaar 2017: March 25

An annual much-loved community tradition is fast approaching!  Please join us on Saturday, March 25, from 12:00 to 3:30 p.m. at Momiji’s Frank H. Hori Community Centre (3555 Kingston Road, Scarborough) for the 2017 Momiji Community Bazaar.  There will be something for the entire family to enjoy:  delicious home made Japanese cuisine (including manju, karinto, sushi and chow mein), a bake table with a vast assortment of treats, a large Silent Auction, and a Collectibles Corner where you will find a treasure or two.

Our Community Bazaar is only a success with your help.   Volunteers are needed leading up to the day of the Bazaar, with the sorting of donations, participating in one, or more, of our famous bees: karinto, sushi, vegetable preparation and pie-making, and of course, set-up.  Volunteers are also needed to help clean up after the Bazaar.

Proceeds from the Bazaar support Momiji’s programs and services.  Hundreds of seniors benefit each year from the funds this event generates.   For more information on volunteering, contact Jovel at 416-261-6683 x234 / volunteering@momiji.on.ca.
