We are pleased to invite you to participate in Momiji Health Care Society’s 16^th Fundraising Bowlathon to be held on Sunday, May 26th, 2024!

We look forward to a great turnout and hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to participate with your family and friends. We thank you for your continued support in helping us provide the best programs and services we can for our Momiji Seniors.

Event Details

A Reception will follow at Momiji Centre, with refreshments served at 4:30pm and a bento dinner at 5:30pm. Prize winners will be announced at 7:00pm!

Participate as a Bowler

1. Assemble your team. If you do not have your own team, you will be assigned to a team.
2. Complete the Bowlathon Team Registration Form and submit to Momiji’s main reception (3555 Kingston Road), along with your Team’s bowling and dinner fees OR Register Online.
3. Collect and record your sponsorships using the Bowlathon Sponsorship Sheet.
4. Bowlers can collect their pledges either by:
   • Cash or cheque (made payable to “Momiji Health Care Society”). Tax receipts will be mailed after the Bowlathon.
   • Online with CanadaHelps . Tax receipts will be electronically sent out immediately.  Online donations will be credited to your sponsorship total.

Participate as a Sponsor or Donor

Donations and sponsorships are the principal fundraising for this event. Fundraising is crucial since government funding has not kept up to the rising costs of services and the increased needs of the Seniors who live at Momiji and those in the community, and in particular, those on our Waiting List.

Individual Sponsor

Is your friend or family member bowling in the 2024 Bowlathon? Support them and Momiji by pledging money! Bowlers can collect cash or cheque (made payable to “Momiji Health Care Society”) or you can sponsor them online if they registered through CanadaHelps!

Corporate Sponsor

We are once again promoting the Sponsorship Program to encourage Corporations and Organizations to become sponsors to be included in the “CEO Challenge” against Momiji’s CEO Eugene Kam and Staff to compete for the Momiji Cup (10-pin only).
