Policies & Procedures

  1. You must register according to the dates listed in the current Education & Fitness brochure.
  1. Payment must be made at time of registration.
  1. Registrations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Once a course or workshop is full individuals can be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations.
  1. Cancellation Policy:

    Special Circumstances: On occasion a class may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond Momiji’s control (e.g. inclement weather prohibiting transportation, special circumstances of an instructor, exceptional scheduling conflict).  Every effort will be made to reschedule the cancelled classes, in the case where it was not possible, registered students will receive a pro-rated refund for the cancelled class.

    Low Enrollment: All courses and workshops are subject to a minimum enrollment.  If a class is cancelled, registered students will be notified and receive a full refund.

    At Momiji’s discretion, a partial refund may be granted in exceptional circumstances providing the request is made prior to the third class of a course or one week prior to a workshop. An administration fee will apply.

  1. Refund Policy:

    Missed Classes: There is no refund for classes missed due to individual students’ circumstances.

    Low Enrollment: A full refund is issued to those registered in courses or workshops that were cancelled due to low enrollment.

    It is imperative that participants of fitness courses and those with health issues check with their physician to ensure their health and safety are not at risk.
