Momiji would like to invite seniors and caregivers for the information session.  It will be conducted in English by Dolores & Polly from Boniface Park Pharmacy.  Japanese translation is available.

With the Seniors Co-Payment Program, you can save money by reducing your dispensing fee and deductible.  You may be eligible for the Senior’s Co-Payment Program if:

• You are you a senior living alone with a net annual income of less than $19,300
• Or living with a spouse whose combined net annual income is less than $32,300

モミジでは、シニアのための処方箋された薬の共同支払いプログラムについて、ボナフェイスパークの職員さんをよんで、下記の説明会を行います。

この共同支払いプログラムによって、調剤費等で支払いが減額されます。　このプログラムを受けることができる方は下記の方です。

• シングルの方：年収が＄19,300より低い方
• カップルの方：合計年収が＄32,300より低い方

モミジでは、アルツハイマーソサエティーと一緒に、この秋（予定）から介護している方向けのサポートグループを始める予定です。その前に、介護者の皆さんと意見交換をしたいので、是非ご参加ください。

Momiji, in partnership with Alzheimer’s Society, is planning to organize a support group for caregivers.  We need your feedback to develop this upcoming support group in the fall.

Momiji would like to invite seniors and caregivers for an information session on pre-planning for end of life.  Learn about various funeral arrangement options, receptions, and costs.

Rest peacefully, knowing that everything is taken care of for your loved ones.
