Seniors' Breakfast

Seniors’ Breakfast

Momiji’s Dining Programs are based on the belief that good food enjoyed in good company is an important aspect of joyful living.  Seniors living in the community are encouraged to join Momiji’s meal programs and benefit from delicious, nutritionally-balanced and affordable Japanese meals.

In The Community

To reach the Japanese Canadian seniors living throughout the GTA and who are unable to attend Momiji programs held in Scarborough, this program brings the services into seniors own communities.  Seniors living in close proximity are gathered at a local venue and provided with a reasonably-priced meal and a variety of educational and recreational activities.  For an additional fee, Momiji can also provide transportation to and from the local venue.  For more information, or to register for this program, contact Momiji’s Community Programs Coordinator at 416.261.6683 x244.

Nutritious frozen meals (including entrees, soups and desserts) are also available for purchase to seniors living in Scarborough.  Each month the ordered frozen meals are delivered directly to Momiji for seniors to pick-up. For more information or to place an order contact Momiji’s Client Liaison Coordinator at 416-261-6683 x 239.  To view Frozen Meal Menu (PDF)

At Momiji

Seniors living in the community are invited to participate in all of Momiji’s Dining Programs, including the six-day Japanese Meal Plan offered through Zero Sun Restaurant and many special event meals (e.g. summer BBQ, Christmas dinner, Japanese cultural festivals and more).  In certain instances for an additional fee, Momiji can provide transportation to and from its Frank H. Hori Community Centre.  For more information or to register for Momiji’s Dining Program contact Momiji’s Client Liaison Coordinator at 416.261.6683 x 239.  To view Momiji Dining Programs Calendar (PDF).
