General Information

• Momiji encourages and welcomes visits from family members and friends of our tenants in both the residential and non-residential sections of the building.

• The general public is also welcomed to visit Momiji’s Frank H. Hori Community Centre (non-residential) between the hours of 9:00am to 8:00pm.

• Parking is available at the front and west side of the building. Parking is also permitted along the Service Road on the south side.  Overflow parking is available on Duncombe Blvd (West side only).

Policies and Procedures 

• Please do not photograph Momiji tenants without their consent.

• Leave the premises in a clean condition.

• If you encounter an emergency during your visit, please do not leave a message with Momiji. Call 9-1-1.

• Momiji is a smoke-free building and a no smoking by-law applies to all areas of the building. If you wish to smoke, you must be at least 6 meters away from the entrance.
